RAITAS

BOONDI KA RAITA


INGREDIETNS:
* 250 gms curd
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1 cup boondi
METHOD:
* Boil boondi in 2 cups water
* After it cools drain the water , it will swell up like raisins
* Add the boondi to curd and add black pepper powder, salt to taste.
Boondi ka raita is ready to serve!

PUDINE KA RAITA

INGREDIETNS:
* 10-15 mint leaves
* 250 gms curd
* black pepper, salt to taste
METHOD:
* Add fresh mint leaves(pudine ke patte) to the curd
* Add black pepper ,salt, jaljira masala to taste
